Jimmy is our Executive Chef.
Jimmy hails from Mitchelstown in North Cork. He is passionate about food, GAA and Soccer.
Jim studied as a chef in IT Tralee before moving to London, where he worked for many years before returning to Cork.
Jimmy joined the Elm Tree Team in 2014 and is a familiar face to many of our customers on the Sunday Carvery. He always takes great pride in The Elm Tree and the standards we strive for.
